In this video, we explain the pantograph movement controls on the SWF embroidery control panel. The four buttons in the lower right-hand corner of the panel are used to move the pantograph, and the center button controls the speed at which the pantograph moves.
We use these controls when we need to center the design, move the pantograph for alignment, or set the offset function. The left arrow moves the pantograph to the left, the right arrow moves it to the right, the down arrow moves the pantograph toward the front of the embroidery machine, and the up arrow moves it toward the back of the machine.
As we use these arrow keys, it is important to remember that the embroidery head does not move. The frame itself is what moves, so we watch the pantograph position carefully as we make adjustments.
Because pantograph movement is tied directly to frame positioning, having the right hoops and hoopers is a solid complement.
