How to Clear a Design on an SWF Embroidery Machine

In this video, we show how to clear a design on an SWF embroidery machine when we do not want to continue sewing. This can happen for several reasons, such as a bird nest, starting the wrong design, or realizing mid-process that the current job should be stopped.

While the machine is actively in the sewing process, the run light is lit. In this state, certain functions are unavailable, including the Embroidery Call button and some settings options. To clear the current design back to the beginning, we press and hold the Set button until the machine stops beeping, then release the button.

After the beeping stops, the machine continues to move and resets the design to its starting point. Because the sewing process was interrupted, the frame does not automatically return to center, so the final step is to press the ORG button to move the frame back to the center or home point.
