In this video, we explain the frame speed function on the SWF embroidery machine control panel. The frame speed setting determines how fast the machine performs a trace function. For beginners, we generally leave the frame speed set to low, while more experienced operators may prefer to change it to high as they become more comfortable with the machine.
To change the frame speed, we move the cursor with the up and down button until it is next to the frame speed setting, and we then press the set button. If we want to change the speed to high, we enter a value of 1 on the numeric keypad and then press the set button again to lock in the new setting.
If frame tracing is part of your workflow, take a look at GPI's hoops and hoopers collection for compatible framing options.
