How to Send a Design to a Toyota ESP 9100 With Expert Stitch Manager

In this video, we walk through how to set up communication and send a design to a Toyota ESP 9100 using Expert Stitch Manager. We begin by opening the software, going into the design database, and opening any stock design. From there, we click the Expert Stitch Manager icon in the upper right corner of the screen so the design appears in the manager.

Next, we go to the Settings drop-down menu and choose Serial Port. We make sure the baud rate is set to 38,400, then click Scan Ports. It is important that the machine is turned on and ready to accept the job before scanning. Once communication is established, the software displays the communication port it is using along with the model of the machine. After that, we click OK.

We then see a split screen, with the embroidery design on the left and an open window on the right. We drag and drop the logo into place, then click the Color tab and choose Thread Color. By double-clicking on the first number, we can configure Expert Stitch Manager to match the thread cones on each needle. To do this, we drag the appropriate color from the right side of the screen to the left, using the available color spectrum, and then click Close.

Finally, we return to Data Color and click Send. To transfer the job to the embroidery machine, we click the blue arrow, or Send All. A status bar appears while the design is transferring. When the transfer is complete, the machine beeps, and it is ready to embroider.

When the design reaches your Toyota ESP 9100, make the stitch-out count with sharp, machine-ready embroidery needles.
