In this video, we explain the Color Tool and how it is used to assign thread colors to objects in the design area. This icon is the Select New Color icon, and when we click it, a thread chart appears.
Within the thread chart, we can choose from Madeira, Sulky, and Isacord thread colors. We simply click on the color we want the object to be and select it. The display also shows the current color that is selected.
Once we place an object in the work area, it becomes the selected color, and that color appears in the color sequence bar below. As we choose another color, place another object, and change its color, that new color is also added to the color sequence bar.
