Editing Tools in Forte Digitizing Software

In this video, we review the editing tools available in Forte Digitizing Software. We show how Scale changes the size of an object or a design, while Array tiles an object or design. Break Into Two separates one object into two, and Center Design centers the entire design in the work area.

We also cover tools used to refine stitch behavior and design placement. Delete Short Stitches eliminates stitches smaller than a set amount, and Set Start Point sets the starting point of the embroidery. Mirror Selection flips an object or design, Rotate Selection rotates an object or design, and Wreath takes an object or design and repeats it in a circle.

Finally, we explain production and sequencing tools in Forte. Lock Stitch can add or remove lock stitches, and Trims tells the embroidery machine to automatically cut the thread or to insert a jump stitch between objects. Regenerate Stitches returns edited stitches to their original state. We also show how Sew Before All, Sew Before Previous, Sew After Next, and Sew After All resequence a selected object so it stitches first, immediately before the previous object, immediately after the next object, or last.

After edits and resequencing, keep production moving with dependable pre-wound bobbins.
