How to Remove the Cap Driver on a Toyota ESP 9100

In this video, we demonstrate how to remove the cap driver on a Toyota ESP 9100 embroidery machine.

First, we turn off the power to the machine. Once the machine is quiet, we bring the pantograph forward. Underneath, there are two wing nuts that need to be loosened.

After the wing nuts are loosened, we use a 3 mm Allen wrench to loosen the Allen screws that attach the cap driver to the pantograph. Once these screws have been loosened, we can gently lift and remove the cap driver.

As we remove it, we make sure not to hit or scratch the needle plate.
