Toyota ESP 9100 Frequent Oiling Guide

In this video, we cover the frequent oiling points on the Toyota ESP 9100 embroidery machine. We begin with the presser foot drive shaft, which should be oiled daily or every 8 hours of continuous use. At each location, we use no more than one to two drops of oil.

Next, we oil the needle bar drive shaft. With the embroidery head set on needle number one, we can easily access one side, and as the head moves, it will lubricate itself. There are two spots to oil here: one on the left-hand side with the head positioned on needle number one, and the other by repositioning the head to needle number 15 to reach the opposite side. We also oil inside the needle bar arm and the needle bar drive shaft for the presser foot, both of which are 8-hour daily usage oiling points, using no more than two drops.

We then move to the oiling point on the back right-hand side of the machine, which is also a daily or every-8-hours location. After positioning the embroidery head on needle number one, we oil the spot next to the door, using no more than one drop. These are all part of the machine's regular frequent maintenance routine.

Finally, we review the monthly oiling points. Inside the cylinder bed, we apply no more than two drops of oil. We also oil the felt packing for the needle bar, using only one drop of oil per hole, and then oil each of the 15 needle bars with one drop each. Following these intervals helps keep the machine properly lubricated and running reliably.

Keep up with routine machine maintenance using our embroidery machine oiling supplies.
