In this video, we review how the SWF 1501 embroidery machine typically arrives and what to look for before setup begins. The machine usually comes uncrated and wrapped in plastic, which we remove as part of the initial unpacking process.
We then note that the table is packaged separately in a box. The threads are typically already run through the machine, but they are tied off at the back of the thread tree rather than fully set for operation.
We also check the control panel, which is normally mounted on the machine even though the wires are disconnected upon arrival. In addition, the emergency stop button is usually tripped, meaning it is pushed in.
Finally, we point out that the cap driver is installed on the machine and that the leveling bolts are not attached when the machine arrives. These are the normal delivery conditions to expect before moving on to full setup.
