How to Clear a Motor Lock Error on an Embroidery Machine

In this video, we explain how to clear a motor lock error on an embroidery machine. A motor lock error occurs when the pantograph hits a hoop or when something else blocks its movement.

When the motor lock error message appears, we first press the stop button and then turn the machine off. After the machine is completely shut down, we remove the hoop from the pantograph and physically move the pantograph to check whether anything is blocking the X or Y position.

Once the pantograph moves freely, we put the hoop back on and turn the power back on. We then press the set button, and the hoop seats itself back to the position of the last stitch.
