In this video, we show how to adjust the cap frame driver cable on a Tajima Neo. We begin by aligning the left-side block that secures the cable with the dot on the aluminum shaft, and we make sure both screws are tight.
Next, we install the gauge between the two blocks and lightly tighten the locknut to spread the cable out slightly. After that, we loosen the two screws on the right side and tighten the silver nut to place tension on the cable.
When the tension is set correctly, the cable should feel taut. Once we have the proper tension, we tighten the two black screws. To remove the gauge, we first loosen the wing nut.
