What happens when the THREAD BREAK STOP indication appears but the upper thread and bobbin are still attached?

This is called a false thread break. The most common cause is that the thread has fallen off the thread sensor wheel.



Ensure the thread is wrapped around the thread sensor wheel correctly. Often times, the thread gets wrapped behind the sensor wheel.
