What happens when the color change will not work, how to fix it.

 

Most Common Causes:

Hoop might have been hit

Tools:    
3 mm Allen wrench with at least a 6-inch shaft. A T-Handle metric wrench is sug- gested, but not included in the machine's tool kit.

If your machine is not changing colors correctly, more than likely hitting a hoop during the sewing process caused it. Typically, you will either need to adjust the take up levers or replace a damaged reciprocator. Follow the steps below to diagnose your problem:

* Turn the Timing Wheel to 100
