The design must be loaded and stopped. Press the TRIM button. Press the START button.

If yo would like, pull the presser foot down until it snaps into position. This may help you to determine more easily the position you want to back up to.

Hold down the STOP button until you reach the point in the design in which you'd like to be.

If you pull the presser foot down when you press the START button, the machine will automatically release it.
