Dean,
For 2
1/2 years I have been intimidated by my SWF601C. My
husband recently purchased your DVDs for me, and I'm now "up
and running!" You did such an excellent job of
explaining the operation of the machine, even though it's a
different model, that I confidently went over to it and
began using it like an old pro. Thank you so much.
I now love a machine that I had previously tried to sell.
I even sent a message to the SWF yahoo group to state how
wonderful they are and emailed a list member of the IEC, who
was also afraid of her machine. She just ordered them,
too. Keep up the great work!

I'm sure you'll get a number of responses about the training
videos. We
purchased the Repair/Maintenance video and are sure it's going
to save us lots
of down time with servicing our machine ourselves. In fact, we
found something
on the video that was different than what we were instructed
to do during our
original machine training, and it's already made a positive
difference in how
our machine runs.

Hello
Dean,
I hope
you remember me .
I must say
the DVD's
are without doubt,
100 times more than I expected, FANTASTIC.
Everyone
that purchases a new SWF or a used one either, MUST HAVE
them.
Anything
I can do to get this reference to the public, you just let
me know.
When we
finally get back on our feet (things still are terrible
here) I am sure I will be ordering the training set for the
people I will hire.
thanks
John

Dean does a great job, is thorough and with the
close up shots, you can see
exactly what is being referred to during the training. We
consider this an
investment in our business and money well spent!

Not a problem! I told the truth.
Those CD's were the best investment I have made and have
already paid for themselves! You did a great job of
making things look NORMAL! LOL!!!!

There is a set of cd's for the SWF that are amazing. They
teach everything from threading to tension to putting on the
hoops, hat hoops, and more. And there is also a set of
maintenance ones also. I highly recommend them. Kevin

Has anyone purchased Dean Armando's videos ??
I have and I find them invaluable. I have a small 4 head
commercial
shop and the Repair Video has already paid for itself. It was
well
worth the investment.

I have purchased 2 of them. I got the training
and maintenance
ones. They are wonderful. I am going to purchase the other two
also. I
have learned so much about things that I "thought" I knew.
What I like
best about them is that they are in real close-up so you can
see
exactly what is going on. Wanda

Hi
Dean!
The videos are wonderful. I have not gotten totally
through them yet. I got the training and maintenance ones and
cannot believe how much I have learned from them. I have had
my SWF 1501 machine for 5 years and have been using it
constantly thinking that I really knew quite a bit on the use
of it. After reviewing the videos I realize that some of the
things I have been struggling with can be done in a much
easier way such as if I am in the middle of sewing a design
and have mistakenly programmed in a wrong color I would have
stopped the machine and rethreaded the appropriate color,
backed up the machine and started again. The video shows how
simply you can clear the color, insert the new one using the
control panel and start at the beginning of that specific color.DUH!!!! Thanks again.

In response to this, I purchased these CD's,
not the ones for
repair, althogh there is some repair on them. They are quite
good
in identifying things and their purpose. I did send him a note
and
he relied right away and attached files for what I asked
about.
Does this help? I bought a used machine, had no training, etc.
I
do intend to send him a couple of suggestions for the persons
who
are totally new and think big picture. Hope this helps. I
think
they were worth the money. Mary white edward

I really agree with this Elaine. We got our
1501T and it was set wrong from the company and the Video's
helped us find the threading problem and reset it so that it
runs perfect! We also have the repair video's and they have
been a great help. I would buy both sets again.
