How do Install the Leveling Bolts on a
commercial embroidery machine?
The best way is to watch a training video like this
on installing the Leveling Bolts on a commercial embroidery machine.
Whether you have a Tajima, SWF, HAPPY or Toyota embroidery
machines, they all have to be stabilized and leveled.
If you are working in a basement or a garage like
many embroiderers, you don't really need to be concerned about vibration
as long as you level the machine properly. If you feel the floor is
unstable than you can put 2x2's down with insulation and 3/4" plywood. You
don't want to jeopardize the performance of the machine or the quality of the
embroidery. The machine is very heavy and should hold steady to the floor,
again, only if it is leveled properly.
Your noise level may be a little higher if your machine is on a raised floor but
just make sure all the leveling feet are tight and that you used a level to
ensure it's not off balance.
