Not necessarily. Hook timing is one of the last things to check when encountering a stitching problem. Other possibilities would be:
Improper threading, the bobbin is low or has run out, or a lack of oil on either the sewing hook or the needle barsyou want to make sure these setting in Frame are set to 10 for both A and B
